Device and Website Usage information. Information about the devices you use to access our website, such as browser, operating system type, device ID, and IP address. Your IP address may be used to identify the general geographic location of your device. We also collect information about how you interact with our website. We only use this information to prevent and detect fraud and for authentication purposes.
Support information. Information you provide when you contact NCTUE for support, such as the content of your communications with NCTUE, and the services related to your inquiry. When you contact us, such as for customer support, phone conversations or chat sessions with our representatives may be monitored and recorded.
Photos. For authentication purposes, in some circumstances we may request copies of your photo identification.
