The National Consumer Telecom & Utilities Exchange (NCTUE®) is a FCRA-compliant consumer credit reporting agency. Its members are telecom and utility companies that contribute their customer account information to a central database. This allows members to access consumer payment histories to better manage their credit portfolios and make well informed risk decisions.
If you’re a consumer with limited credit, the information in the NCTUE database may help you establish credit worthiness. You also benefit from better credit decisioning and have the ability to obtain information about your telecom and utility accounts.
Whether you’re a local utility provider or a large telecommunications company, NCTUE can help. This consortium provides members with the FCRA-compliant data not typically found in traditional credit databases – making decisioning easier.
